Earn your Stripes
Not that long ago, Mum would have balked at putting on a boilersuit but through working together she has started to push the boundaries of what she is happy to try, and in doing so, what she is comfortable in wearing. A boilersuit isn’t for everyone, regardless of age. I think that mum looks great in it, whether this means that you will see her out and about rocking a boilersuit, remains to be seen but as I have always said, personal taste should dictate what you do or do not wear, not age. If you love this look then WEAR IT! Go for it.
I absolutely love these trousers, I have always been a sucker for a stripe. Worn as I am doing here, layered in a casual way for an urban environment or as a holiday piece. Over your swimsuit on the beach with a white linen shirt, these trousers would look so cool or paired with an over-sized t-shirt, sandals and bold matching necklace and earrings, you’d be set for a stylish summer’s evening.
